FAQ's

 

Q. How Far in advance do I have to book a party?

A. If we have the availability we will take bookings anything from the year before right up until the day, obviously the sooner a party is booked the better the chances are of booking your child's favourite characters and getting the date you want.

 

Q. How and when can I pay for the party?

A. We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your party booking, and the rest payable 3 days before via bank transfer or paypal or you can pay the remaining balance by cash at the beginning of the party, we do ask for payment at the beginning of the party so there is no confusion towards neogotiaion at the end.

 

Q. How many children are allowed at a party?

A. That's upto you, a big factor depends on the size of your venue and what is included in your party, our reccomendation for the 'No Frills' packages would be between 5 and 20 and for the 'Party Party' package we reccomend between 20 and 60 for each child to get the best out of our parties.

 

Q. Can I leave my child with you?

A. We are there to entertain your child(ren) and can not take responsibility for any child, therefore we do ask that there are at least 2 responsible adults available to every 10 children attending.
